Kaneko Trading collects only the business contact details you give us, uses them to answer your inquiry, and never sells them.
Kaneko Trading ("we", "us") is a Pennsylvania company based in Philadelphia that sells and demonstrates commercial food equipment, including Suzumo sushi robots. This policy explains how we handle information collected through kanekotrading.com and through our forms on Instagram and Facebook.

When you request a demo, a quote or more information on our website or through an Instagram or Facebook form, we collect what you enter:
Your name, email address and phone number
Your business name, business type, and city and state
The equipment you are interested in, your preferred demo dates, and any message you send
Instagram and Facebook may fill in some fields from your profile. You can review and edit them before you submit. We do not ask for payment card numbers or government ID numbers on these forms.

Contact you about your request and schedule a demo
Prepare quotes and answer questions about our equipment
Follow up about equipment you showed interest in
Keep a record of our business conversations with you
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as Meta (Instagram and Facebook forms), Squarespace (our website), Google (email and spreadsheets) and Zapier (moving form responses into our records). They may use it only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information while we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records or as the law requires. We store it in password-protected business accounts. No method of storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
